Born and bred here, this Bachelor of Arts student has already lost hope for his future as a tea garden worker. Although his mother works here as a plucker, he is adamant his future will be elsewhere. "No one within my generation wants to work in the tea gardens. If I find a job elsewhere, it will be paid at least the double" he explains. "I want to go out of here, anywhere."
